We will instruct you on separate cooking techniques for the breast and legs to ensure the most enticing flavors of your local farm-raised Heritage Turkey.
Our Thanksgiving Dinner features a local, farm-raised Heritage Turkey, prepared with care and guided by our chef’s instructions for perfect flavor and tenderness. The result: a golden 16–18 lb Turkey centerpiece, accompanied by all the traditional trimmings.
Turkey Sage Gravy, Sweet Potatoe Puree, Cranberry Relish, Brussels Sprouts, Butternut Squash Soup, Chestnut-Bread Stuffing, Balthazar Bakery Bread Rolls, and A Balthazar Bakery Pumpkin Pie.
Complete dinners serve 6–8 guests. Each package includes the full selection of side dishes; no substitutions.
